Terms of Service

The service

Organizer Agent by Time2Value is an AI assistant that coordinates small group events — dinners, pickleball games, meetups — over SMS from (855) 814-2483. It exchanges text messages with you to find a time that works and to share event details on behalf of an event organizer who invited you.

PT Buddy by Time2Value is a personal accountability assistant for exercise, sent from the same number. It sends check-in texts on the days and times you choose, may follow up with a brief automated call when you don't reply, logs the activity you report, and sends a weekly summary. PT Buddy is not medical advice; follow the guidance of your physical therapist or doctor.

Acceptable use

Please use Organizer Agent only for coordinating the events you are invited to, and PT Buddy only for your own check-ins. Do not use it to harass others, send unlawful or abusive content, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the service. We may pause or end service to anyone who does.

Opting out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP in the text thread. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

No warranty

It is a convenience for scheduling casual group events and personal check-ins, and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
