These terms cover your use of Time2Value's Organizer Agent SMS service. By replying YES to participate, you agree to them.

The service

Organizer Agent by Time2Value is an AI assistant that coordinates small group events — dinners, pickleball games, meetups — over SMS from (855) 814-2483. It exchanges text messages with you to find a time that works and to share event details on behalf of an event organizer who invited you.

Acceptable use

Please use the service only for coordinating the events you are invited to. Do not use it to harass others, send unlawful or abusive content, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the service. We may pause or end service to anyone who does.

Opting out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP in the text thread. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It is a convenience for scheduling casual group events and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Time2Value is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
