What we collect

• •Your name, as provided by the event organizer (Organizer Agent) or by you (PT Buddy).
• •Your phone number, so we can send and receive coordination texts.
• •Message content — your replies — for the sole purpose of coordinating the event you were invited to.
• •For PT Buddy only: the schedule you set and the activity you report (for example, "ran 20 minutes"), so we can log it and send your weekly summary.

How we use it

For Organizer Agent, we use your information for one thing: coordinating the specific event an organizer you know invited you to. We use it to find a time that works, share event details, and answer your questions in the thread. For PT Buddy, we use it only to send the check-ins you asked for, log what you report, and send your weekly summary. We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

What we never do

We never sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. No mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and messages are used only to run the service you signed up for. We do use trusted infrastructure providers (for example, our SMS carrier) strictly to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive.

Opting out and deleting your data

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP in the text thread. To request that we delete the information we hold about you, or if you have any privacy questions, email us at hello@time2value.com and we will take care of it.
